The layout is done right in my opinion. It uses a dark theme and basically you can crawl by

On videos you get the latest videos (surprise!), in the categories, you can crawl more than 150 different niches. You will find thousands of videos of each of them like blowjob, brunette, cute, kissing, creampie, BDSM, and many more.

In channels you find all videos of specific porn sites. Did I mention already that PornRox offers free promo videos of premium sites? No? OK! They do! And in these "channels" you get those videos sorted by production studio. So, for example, if you like the content of EroticaX, you just go there, click the link and get (right now) 85 HD videos of this porn site. Nice, huh? Since Pornhub deleted most of their videos, it seems that a lot of people switched to PornRox. Justified. The layout of the site is great, the videos have a length of around 10 minutes and were uploaded in HD, they also seem to have an excellent CDN, since videos start very fast and jumping back and forth on the timeline works without delays.

What they could do better is to implement community features as there are simply NONE. So if you are looking for like-minded people or just to get recommendations that are not from PornRox, you will have a bad time.

Pornrox.com is one of the best tubes out there of the moment if you like premium porn. It just lacks community features, which are needed in my opinion, as communication on porn sites is as necessary as on other sites. Except, you just need your 2-3 minutes of porn. ;). Summed up you can say "Pornrox.com – Rocking Fucking Awesome!" and they would even have the potential to climb more to the top if they implement a comment system or something more than just saving your favorite videos.
